Create & organise projects
Projects are how work is organised in Engera, typically one per programme, contract or bid.
Creating a project
From home, choose New project. A project needs a name. Pick an icon and an accent colour; they appear in project lists and the switcher. The creator becomes the project's first member; everyone else joins by invitation (see Members & access).
Navigating a project
A project's sidebar groups its surfaces:
- Project overview: programme health, notifications, recent conversations and activity.
- Agreement, System, Engineering, Management: the structured model (obligations and the compliance matrix, the product breakdown and requirements, verification, schedule).
- Documents: uploads and extraction (see Documents & extraction).
- Context, Connections, Find, Tasks: supporting surfaces.
Switching projects
There are two ways to switch projects:
- Click the project name in the top bar or the sidebar header.
- Press Ctrl K and type the project's name.
Home lists your projects with their latest activity.
